You can easily create service requests, report bugs, suggest improvements, and even schedule time with a Customer Success Manager (CSM) directly from the "Resource Center" section on the platform. Click the “?” at the bottom of the left-hand side of the page.
Additionally, the section serves as a comprehensive resource hub, offering access to all the information you need about the platform, including helpful how-to guides and other support materials. This integration aims to streamline the support process and ensure the assistance required using LoftOS.
